U.S. Equipment definition

U.S. Equipment means Equipment owned by the U.S. Borrowers.
U.S. Equipment means any machinery, equipment (including field equipment, office equipment and computer equipment), fixtures, furniture, furnishings, motor vehicles, accessories, tools and other tangible assets used in the Business by the US Vendor, wherever located, including the items listed or described in Schedule 1.1A (US) and the Intercompany Leased Equipment;
U.S. Equipment shall have the meaning provided in SECTION 2.1(A)(I).

U.S. Equipment means the machinery, equipment (including computer hardware, as well as all computer software used in connection therewith) and spare parts, as well as all furniture, furnishings, vehicles and other tangible personal property owned by U.S. Seller, including all desks, chairs, tables, copiers, telecopy machines, cubicles, office furnishings and supplies which are used in connection with the Business and identified as such on Schedule 4.4(c) hereto, together with the U.S. Equipment, if any, to be purchased by Buyers pursuant to Section 2.6(c), and all warranties pertaining to the same, to the extent that such warranties may exist and be assignable.
