Unregistered IP definition

Unregistered IP means any Intellectual Property that: (i) is owned by, or exclusively licensed to, any of the Globant Subsidiaries, and (ii) has not been registered with any Governmental or Regulatory Authority or comparable entity in any jurisdiction throughout the world.
Unregistered IP means Intellectual Property (other than Patent Rights, registered Trade Marks, applications for registered Trade Marks and Registered Designs) owned or used by the Group Companies; and
Unregistered IP means any Intellectual Property which is necessary to or used in the operation of the Commercial Services Business that: (a) is owned by, purported to be owned by or exclusively licensed to, the Seller and (b) has not been registered with any Governmental or Regulatory Authority or comparable entity in any jurisdiction throughout the world.

More Definitions of Unregistered IP

Unregistered IP means all the unregistered Business Intellectual Property Rights owned by a member of the Seller Group;
