Product Formulation. Agent shall have no rights whatsoever to any formula, technology or other intangible property developed for use or in any way related to the Products.

JC acknowledges and agrees that the Licensed Products may be produced, manufactured, packaged and transported by third parties at BBC's sole discretion.
