Business IP definition

Business IP means (a) Owned IP, and (b) Intellectual Property Rights used, or held for use, by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries in its business as currently conducted.
Business IP means the Owned IP and all other Intellectual Property used by the Company and its Subsidiaries, including Licensed Intellectual Property.
Business IP means all Intellectual Property which has been used or intended to be used in or in connection with the business of the Company;

  • The consummation of this transaction as contemplated by this Agreement shall not affect, diminish, or terminate the ownership of the Owned Intellectual Property or each Group Company’s rights to use Business IP, with any Business IP that is licensed to a Group Company member continuing to be licensed on the same basis as prior to the consummation of the transaction as contemplated by this Agreement.


More Definitions of Business IP

Business IP means all Intellectual Property which has in the last two years been used or intended to be used in, or in connection with, the business of the Company;
