Owned Company IP definition

Owned Company IP means the Intellectual Property that is owned by Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
Owned Company IP has the meaning set forth in Section 3.17(a).
Owned Company IP means all Company IP that is not Licensed Company IP.

  • No Owned Company IP or Licensed Company IP is being used or enforced in a manner that would result in the abandonment, cancellation or unenforceability of such Intellectual Property.

Owned Company IP means any Intellectual Property owned or purported to be owned by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
