The Contractor shall as soon as possible report to the Agency any results arising from such a Work which may in its opinion be protected as Registered Intellectual Property Rights and state whether it intends to apply for such protection.
The Contractor shall own all Intellectual Property Rights and have the right to apply for, and to own, any Registered Intellectual Property Rights arising from Work performed under this Contract.
The Registered Intellectual Property Rights and unregistered Intellectual Property Rights referred to in the previous sentence are collectively referred to as the “Material Intellectual Property Rights”.
