Registered Intellectual Property Rights definition

Registered Intellectual Property Rights means all Intellectual Property Rights that are the subject of an application, certificate, filing, registration, or other document issued by, filed with, or recorded by, any Governmental Authority in any jurisdiction.

Registered Intellectual Property Rights means all United States, international and foreign: (A) issued Patents, including pending applications therefor; (B) registered Trademarks and pending applications to register Trademarks, including intent-to-use applications; (C) Copyright registrations and pending applications to register Copyrights; and (D) URL registrations and pending applications to register URLs.

Registered Intellectual Property Rights means all United States, international and foreign: (i) Patents, including applications therefor; (ii) registered Trademarks, applications to register Trademarks, including intent-to-use applications, or other registrations or applications related to Trademarks; (iii) Copyright registrations and applications to register Copyrights; (iv) Mask Work registrations and applications to register Mask Works; and (v) any other Intellectual Property Rights that is the subject of an application, certificate, filing, registration or other document issued by, filed with, or recorded by, any state, government or other public legal authority at any time.

• The Contractor shall as soon as possible report to the Agency any results arising from such a Work which may in its opinion be protected as Registered Intellectual Property Rights and state whether it intends to apply for such protection.

Registered Intellectual Property Rights has the meaning set forth in Section 4.16(a).

Registered Intellectual Property Rights means those registrations and applications listed in Schedule 1 together with any existing or future registrations or applications substantially based on those listed in Schedule 1 and any equivalent rights and rights of action anywhere in the world;
