Unpaid Company Transaction Expenses definition

Unpaid Company Transaction Expenses means Company Transaction Expenses, but only to the extent they have not been paid by the Company in Cash on or prior to the close of business on the day immediately preceding the Closing Date and have, accordingly, not reduced the Closing Cash.

Unpaid Company Transaction Expenses means Company Transaction Expenses, but only to the extent they have not been paid by or on behalf of the Company in Cash on or prior to the close of business on the day immediately preceding the Closing Date and have, accordingly, not reduced the Closing Cash.
