Company Pension Plan definition

Company Pension Plan means each: (a) Company Employee Plan that is an “employee pension benefit plan,” within the meaning of Section 3(2) of ERISA; or (b) other occupational pension plan, including any final salary or money purchase plan.
Company Pension Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.16(b).
Company Pension Plan means any Company Benefit Plan that is an “employee pension benefit plan” (as defined in Section 3(2) of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, as amended (“ERISA”)), whether or not subject to ERISA.

  • In addition, (i) no Company Pension Plan or related trust has been terminated during the last five years and (ii) there has been no “reportable event” (as defined in Section 4043 of ERISA, other than an event for which the 30-day notice period is waived) with respect to any Company Pension Plan since June 3, 2007.

More Definitions of Company Pension Plan

Company Pension Plan means any employee pension benefit plan within the meaning of Section 3(2) of ERISA (whether or not subject to ERISA) that is sponsored or maintained by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, to which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries contributes or is obligated to contribute to or with respect to which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries has any liability, other than any such employee pension benefit plan sponsored by a Governmental Authority.
Company Pension Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.12(c).
Company Pension Plan means the applicable pension plan of the Company or its subsidiaries, if any, in which the Participant is eligible to participate as of the Date of Grant, which may include either the Dominion Energy Pension Plan or the SCANA Corporation Retirement Plan or any successor thereto, but excluding the cash balance portion of any such plan.
Company Pension Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 5.01(p)(ii).
Company Pension Plan means any employee pension benefit plan within the meaning of Section 3(2) of ERISA covering current or former directors, officers or employees of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries that is sponsored, maintained or contributed to by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or to which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries contributes or is obligated to contribute to, other than any such employee pension benefit plan required by applicable Law.
Company Pension Plan means any tax qualified defined benefit plan other than the Retirement Plan maintained by the Company or an Associated Company.
