Government Bid Sample Clauses
Government Bid. “Government Bid” shall mean any quotation, bid or proposal submitted to any Governmental Body or any proposed prime contractor or higher-tier subcontractor of any Governmental Body.
Government Bid. “Government Bid” shall mean any offer to sell made by the Company prior to the Closing Date which, if accepted, would result in a Government Contract and for which an award has not been made thirty (30) days or more prior to the date of this Agreement
Government Bid. “Government Bid” shall mean any quotation, bid or proposal for an award of a new Government Contract made by an Acquired Corporation for which no award has been made and for which the Company believes there is a reasonable prospect that such an award to an Acquired Corporation may yet be made.
