University Rules definition

University Rules means any and all present or future legislation, rules, regulations, directives, written policies, bylaws, and constitution, and official or authoritative interpretations thereof, and any and all amendments, supplements, or modifications thereto promulgated hereafter by the University or by the Board of Regents of The University of Texas System.
University Rules means all present or future policies, procedures, rules, regulations, guidelines, task force recommendations, and departmental handbooks, and official or authoritative interpretations thereof, and any and all amendments, supplements, or modifications thereto, promulgated hereafter by ICAA, the University, and/or the Kansas Board of Regents.

Without limiting the foregoing, Caterer will comply, and cause its employees, representatives, agents, and subs to comply, with University’s rules and policies related to personal health, security, environmental quality, safety, fire prevention, noise, smoking, parking, and access restrictions.

  • Head Coach shall also make a written annual report through the Athletics Director to the President of the University specifying the amount of all income and benefits from approved sources outside the University in accordance with all University Rules and Governing Athletic Rules.
