Privacy Regulations definition

Privacy Regulations means the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 as amended in 2004, 2011, 2015 and 2016 and as may be further amended from time to time;
Privacy Regulations means the following, as well as similar statutes and regulations, as they currently exist and as amended, associated with the confidentiality, access, control, and use of personally identifiable, non-public information including, but not limited to:

  • Bidder must develop and implement a system of sanctions for any employee, subcontractor or agent who violates this Contract or the HHS Privacy Regulations.

  • Accordingly, Vendor agrees not to use or further disclose any protected health information, as defined in 45 CFT 164.504, or individually identifiable health information, as defined in 42 USC§ 1320d (collectively the “Protected Health Information” or “PHI”), other than as permitted by the requirements of HIPAA or regulations promulgated under HIPAA including without limitation the Federal Privacy Regulations and the Federal Security Regulations.


More Definitions of Privacy Regulations

Privacy Regulations means the regulations promulgated under Section 504 of the Xxxxx-Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Act, Pub. L. 106-102, as such regulations may be amended from time to time.
Privacy Regulations means the Standards for Privacy of Individually Identifiable Health Information at 45 C.F.R. Parts 160 and 164, Subparts A and E, as may be amended, modified or superseded, from time to time.

Privacy Regulations has the meaning set forth in Section 14.14.
Privacy Regulations means the rules set forth primarily at Subparts A and E of Part 164 of Title 45 of the Code of Federal Regulations.
Privacy Regulations is defined in Section 11.5.
Privacy Regulations means the rules set forth primarily at 45 C.F.R. Part 160 and Part 164, Subparts A and E.
