Underlying Warrant definition

Underlying Warrant means one common share purchase warrant, each being exercisable to acquire one Common Share for a period of 36 months following the Closing Date at a price of $1.50 per Common Share;
Underlying Warrant means the Subordinated Voting Share purchase warrant of the Company of which one- half forms part of the Qualified Unit. Each Underlying Warrant entitles the holder thereof to acquire one additional Warrant Share at CAD$0.25 per Warrant Share for one year following the date of issuance;

Examples of Underlying Warrant in a sentence

  • Thereafter, the Underlying Warrants shall be exercisable at such adjusted Underlying Warrant exercise price for such adjusted number of underlying shares of Common Stock or other securities, properties or rights.

Underlying Warrant means the warrant or warrants specified as such in the Final Terms.

No Warrant may be exercised after 5:30 p.m., Eastern Time, on the Expiration Date, at which time all Warrants evidenced hereby, unless exercised prior thereto, hereby shall thereafter be void.
