Common Warrant Shares definition

Common Warrant Shares means the shares of Common Stock issuable upon exercise of the Common Warrants.

  • The Company shall honor exercises of the Pre-Funded Warrants and Common Warrants and shall deliver the Pre-Funded Warrant Shares and Common Warrant Shares, respectively, in accordance with their respective terms, conditions and time periods set forth in the Transaction Documents.
