Warrant Certificate definition

Warrant Certificate means a certificate, substantially in the form set forth in Schedule “A” hereto, to evidence those Warrants that will be evidenced by a certificate;

Warrant Certificate means a certificate in substantially the form attached as Exhibit 1 hereto, representing such number of Warrant Shares as is indicated therein, provided that any reference to the delivery of a Warrant Certificate in this Agreement shall include delivery of a Definitive Certificate or a Global Warrant (each as defined below). All other capitalized terms used but not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to such terms in the Warrant Certificate.

Warrant Certificate means a certificate in substantially the form attached as Exhibit 1 hereto, representing such number of Warrant Shares as is indicated therein, provided that any reference to the delivery of a Warrant Certificate in this Agreement shall include delivery of notice from the Depositary or a Participant (each as defined below) of the transfer or exercise of Warrant in the form of a Global Warrant (as defined below).

Examples of Warrant Certificate in a sentence

• Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein and in the Warrant Agreement, the holder of the Warrants evidenced by this Warrant Certificate may exercise such Warrants as set forth in the Warrant Agreement.

• All capitalized terms used in this Warrant Certificate but not defined herein and are defined in the Warrant Agreement shall have the meanings assigned to them therein.

More Definitions of Warrant Certificate

Warrant Certificate means a certificate evidencing the Warrant.

Warrant Certificate means a certificate representing each of the Warrants substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A.
