Option Warrants definition

Option Warrants shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.2(a).
Option Warrants and together with the Firm Warrants, the “Warrants”), which may be purchased in any combination of Option Shares and/or the Option Warrants. The Option Shares and the Option Warrants, as well as the Common Shares issuable upon exercise of the Option Warrants, are hereinafter referred to as the “Option Securities.” The Securities and the Option Securities are collectively referred to as the “Public Securities.” The Public Securities shall be issued directly by the Company and shall have the rights and privileges described in the Registration Statement, the Pricing Disclosure Package and the Prospectus referred to below. The offering and sale of the Public Securities is herein referred to as the “Offering.”
Option Warrants shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.2(a). "Over-Allotment Option" shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.2.

  • Upon exercise of the Option, the Company will become obligated to convey to the Underwriters, and, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the Underwriters will become obligated to purchase, the number of Option Shares and/or Option Warrants specified in such notice.


More Definitions of Option Warrants

Option Warrants means the warrants to be purchased by the Investors under the Stockholder’s Purchase Option.
Option Warrants means Common Stock purchase warrants, in substantially the form attached as Exhibit A, and any warrant or warrants delivered in exchange or replacement therefor, to purchase an aggregate number of shares of Common Stock equal to the aggregate number of Option Shares.
