Warrant Share definition

Warrant Share means a Common Share issuable upon exercise of one Warrant;
Warrant Share means the Common Shares issuable upon the exercise of the Warrants.
Warrant Share has the meaning ascribed thereto in the first paragraph of this Agreement.

  • If the Company fails to cause the Transfer Agent to transmit to the Holder the Warrant Shares pursuant to Section 2(d)(i) by the Warrant Share Delivery Date, then the Holder will have the right to rescind such exercise.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, with respect to any Notice(s) of Exercise (as defined in the Warrants) delivered on or prior to 12:00 p.m. (New York City time) on the Closing Date, which may be delivered at any time after the time of execution of this Agreement, the Company agrees to deliver the Warrant Shares subject to such notice(s) by 4:00 p.m. (New York City time) on the Closing Date and the Closing Date shall be the Warrant Share Delivery Date (as defined in the Warrants) for purposes hereunder.


More Definitions of Warrant Share

Warrant Share means a share of Common Stock issuable upon exercise of a Warrant (until such share is registered by Company and sold by the Holder thereof to a third party in a public transaction). For purposes of Section 4.4 and Section 4.5 only, the term "Warrant Share" shall include all shares of Common Stock issued or issuable to any Holder in connection with any Loan Document.
Warrant Share means a Common Share issuable upon exercise of a Warrant.
Warrant Share means one share of the security issuable upon exercise of the Warrants if such security is issuable in shares, or shall mean the smallest unit in which such security is issuable if such security is not issuable in shares.
