MCO means an organization having a certificate of authority or certificate of registration from the 11 Washington State Office of Insurance Commissioner that contracts with HCA under a comprehensive 12 risk contract to provide prepaid health care services to eligible HCA Enrollees under HCA managed 13 care programs.
Project Management Report means each report prepared in accordance with Section 4.02 of this Agreement;
Team Leader means a registered nurse appointed as such for a nominated period as specified by the employer. Only one registered nurse shall be so appointed at any one location at any one time. Team leaders shall carry out such supervisory and resource management duties as are reasonably required and shall receive an allowance as set out in Item 1 of Table 2 - Allowances, of Part B.
Mobile crisis outreach team means a crisis intervention service for minors or families of minors experiencing behavioral health or psychiatric emergencies.
New jobs training program or “program” means the project or projects established by a community college for the creation of jobs by providing education and training of workers for new jobs for new or expanding industry in the merged area served by the community college. The proceeds of the certificates, as authorized by the Act, shall be used only to fund program services related to training programs made necessary by the creation of new jobs.
