DOE definition

DOE means the Department of Energy.
DOE means the United States Department of Energy or any duly authorized representative thereof, including any successor or predecessor agency thereof, including the Contracting Officer.

  • If executed in a timely manner, the contract contained in this part will commit DOE to accept title to, transport, and dispose of such spent fuel and waste.
