Trusted Person definition

Trusted Person means any person who has:-
Trusted Person means an employee, contractor or consultant of an entity responsible for managing infrastructural trustworthiness of the entity, its products, its services, its facilities and/or its practices.

  • The authentication to establish the first Trusted Person shall be performed by a representative from Human Resources.

  • If in the view of the Staff Member this is impossible, for example because the Staff Member has a reasonable fear of countermeasures, the Staff Member may report the (alleged) incident to the Trusted Person.

Trusted Person means any person who has: direct responsibilities for the day-to-day operations, security and performance of those business activities that are regulated under the ICT Act 2006or IT(CA) Rules 2006 in respect of a Certifying Authority or duties directly involving the issuance, renewal, suspension, revocation of Digital Signature Certificate (including the identification of any person requesting a Digital Signature Certificate from a licensed Certifying Authority), creation of private keys or administration of a Certifying Authority’s computing facilities
Trusted Person is an individual who has gone through strict vetting for trustworthiness and is assigned to a role that oversees, has access to, or operates the trustworthy infrastructures of the CA and RA components and as such may materially affect the issuance or revocation of Certificates.
