The reasonable costs of all appraisals, inspection reports and broker opinions of value incurred by any such third party pursuant to this paragraph will be covered by, and will be reimbursable by the Interested Person; provided that the Trustee will not engage a third party expert whose fees exceed a commercially reasonable amount as determined by the Trustee.
The appraiser conducting any such new Appraisal shall be an Appraiser selected by (i) the Special Servicer if no Interested Person is making an offer with respect to the Mortgage Loan and (ii) the Trustee if an Interested Person is so making an offer.
