Warranted Person definition

Warranted Person means a person who is Warranted or who is employed by a person who is Warranted; and
Warranted Person means a person who is Warranted or who is employed by a person who is Warranted;
Warranted Person means an employee of a company pre-qualified to the Distributor’s reasonable standards and who has current written authorisation from the Distributor to carry out the particular work on or in relation to the Network, which authorisation shall not be unreasonably withheld; and

  • The Distributor and Trader must each ensure that any person that it engages to carry out any activity related to Energising, De-energising, and Decommissioning an ICP that requires work on the Network, or performing any other work on the Network, is a Warranted Person.

Warranted Person means an individual who is either (i) pre-qualified to the Distributor’s reasonable standards (meeting the relevant qualification, certification, and other requirements for carrying out work in the gas distribution and/or GMS sectors, as per the New Zealand Gas Industry Certificate of Competency Criteria and Framework for Reticulated Gas (Natural Gas and/or LPG) Distribution & Gas Measurement System (GMS)), and holding a current authorisation from the Distributor to carry out the relevant type of work on or in relation to the Network or (ii) Competent.
Warranted Person means an individual meeting the relevant qualification, certification and other requirements for carrying out the type of work in question, as per the New Zealand Gas Industry Certificate of Competency Criteria and Framework for Reticulated Gas (Natural Gas and/or LPG) Distribution & Gas Measurement System (GMS). As at the date of this agreement, the most current version of these requirements is dated April 2011.

Related to Warranted Person

  • Represented person means the principal, beneficiary, partnership, corporation, or other person to whom the duty stated in subdivision (a) is owned.

  • Warranted Part means any Seller proprietary component, equipment, accessory or part, which is installed on an Aircraft at Delivery thereof and

  • appointed person means the person given the authority to assess, plan and organise the work; to select suitable or appropriate plant and equipment, to ensure statutory documentation is current and in order; to provide instruction and supervision for the work to be undertaken safely; and to

  • Designated Person means a person or entity:

  • Excepted Person Defined in Section 13.13(a).
