The Borrower will not, and will not permit any of its Affiliated Entities to, become an OFAC Listed Person or have any investments in or engage in any other material transactions with any Person known to the Borrower to be a Blocked Person.
None of the Collateral constitutes or will constitute funds obtained from or on behalf of any OFAC Listed Person or any Blocked Person and neither the Pledgor nor any Affiliate of such person has entered into any agreement or understanding in respect of the Collateral with any OFAC Listed Person or any Blocked Person.
