If the Health Professional or a Supervised Person continues to access CareConnect after receipt of the notice, the Health Professional will be deemed to have accepted the amendment.
Notwithstanding section 9.b., if the Health Authority has reasonable grounds to suspect that the Health Professional or a Supervised Person is in breach of any of the terms of this Agreement, including the Terms Of Use, the Health Authoritymay, at its sole option, upon giving writtennotice to the Health Professional, suspend the Health Professional or Supervised Person’s access to CareConnect.

Failure to maintain the confidentiality of this information may have serious detrimental consequences for RUSA, its clients, and the Supervised Person who breached the confidence.
