Transporter Facilities definition

Transporter Facilities means all related and ancillary facilities, including all compressors, spur lines, ancillary equipment, Gas measurement, Gas analysis, buildings, other facilities and the series of contiguous Gas pipelines including from time to time, contiguous extensions thereof, owned and operated by Transporter.
Transporter Facilities means the Gas pipeline, compression, measurement, and related facilities required to transport the Gas received under this Agreement from the Delivery Point to the inlet to Buyer’s Facilities.
Transporter Facilities means all such pipelines and other equipment as may from time to time be necessary to receive gas from Shipper at the Delivery Point and to deliver the Gas required at the Redelivery Point.

  • The purpose of this Ordinance is to exercise the police regulatory, and licensing powers of the Charter Township of Harrison by licensing and regulating Grower Facilities, Safety Compliance Facilities, Processor Facilities, and Secure Transporter Facilities to the extent permissible under the Michigan Marihuana Facilities Licensing Act (PA 281 of 2016) and to protect the public health, safety, and welfare of the residents of the Charter Township of Harrison.

  • An Emergency shall continue until such time as the Transporter determines and subsequently notifies to the Board or NGGMS, as the case maybe, that the circumstances referred to in this clause no longer apply, that no further Emergency steps are required, and that normal operation of the Transporter Facilities may be resumed.

  • The Shipper shall ensure that Gas shall be delivered to Transporter at the Delivery Point at pressures sufficient to allow the Gas to enter the Transporter Facilities, within the Acceptable Pressure Range set out in the relevant CT Agreement.

  • In accordance with Section 7.4 a) and 7.6 and 7.7, Shipper may serve a “ Pressure Notice” on Transporter where Transporter fails to maintain the Transporter Facilities within the Acceptable Pressure Range and the same is causing the Shipper to breach its obligations under this Agreement.

  • The Transporter shall determine the difference between the quantity of Shipper’s Gas within the Transporter Facilities (“ Cumulative Imbalance”) at the start and end of each Day in accordance with this Section.

  • On a Constraint Day, the Transporter shall have the right, acting as RPO, to issue Operational Flow Order to the Shipper at their respective Delivery Points and the Redelivery Point to alter Gas receipts and deliveries that are necessary (a) to alleviate conditions which threaten the integrity of the Transporter Facilities and (b) to maintain pipeline operations that are necessary to provide efficient and reliable Gas Transmission services under this Operating Code and the GTA.

  • Strengthening of regional co-ordinating bodies will be important.

  • Historically, issuing banks rejected as non-compliant many of the documents when first presented.

Transporter Facilities means all such pipelines and other equipment as may from time to time be necessary to receive gas from Shipper at Entry Point(s) and to deliver the Gas required at Exit Point(s).

Related to Transporter Facilities

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.

  • Customer Interconnection Facilities means all facilities and equipment owned and/or controlled, operated and maintained by Interconnection Customer on Interconnection Customer’s side of the Point of Interconnection identified in the appropriate appendices to the Interconnection Service Agreement and to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, including any modifications, additions, or upgrades made to such facilities and equipment, that are necessary to physically and electrically interconnect the Customer Facility with the Transmission System.

  • Generating Facility means the Generating Unit(s) comprising Seller’s power plant, as more particularly described in Section 1.02 and Exhibit B, including all other materials, equipment, systems, structures, features and improvements necessary to produce electric energy and thermal energy, excluding the Site, land rights and interests in land.

  • Customer Facility means Generation Facilities or Merchant Transmission Facilities interconnected with or added to the Transmission System pursuant to an Interconnection Request under Subpart A of Tariff, Part IV. Customer Interconnection Facilities:

  • Slug loading means any pollutant, including oxygen demanding pollutants, released in a discharge at a flow rate and/or pollutant concentration as to cause interference in the POTW.

  • Facility Site shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals to the Facility Site Lease.

  • Storage Facility means a facility used for the stocking of natural gas and owned and/or operated by a natural gas undertaking, including the part of LNG facilities used for storage but excluding the portion used for production operations, and excluding facilities reserved exclusively for transmission system operators in carrying out their functions;

  • Refinery means a facility used to produce motor fuel from crude oil, unfinished oils, natural gas liquids, or other hydrocarbons and from which motor fuel may be removed by pipeline, by marine vessel, or at a rack.
