Transmission Line Facilities definition

Transmission Line Facilities means any and all electric transmission lines and other equipment located outside of a substation and operating at or above 69 kV together with related facilities, including (A) conductors (whether used for bulk transmission purposes or providing connection to generation sources, distribution facilities or retail or wholesale customers), (B) towers, poles, ducts and conduits associated with such conductors, (C) any other structure or Asset used exclusively for Transmission, (D) switching stations and (E) voltage control devices and power flow control devices;
Transmission Line Facilities has the meaning set forth in Section 3.05(a)(i).
Transmission Line Facilities means all items of equipment, including all pipe, pipeline, duct, wire, line, conduit, pole, tower, equipment or other structures used for transmission that are part of the RTS Project’s transmission line set forth on Schedule 2.02(a).

More Definitions of Transmission Line Facilities

Transmission Line Facilities means those items of equipment, including wire, line, conduit, conductor, insulators and other ancillary equipment, that are part of the Transmission Lines, including, the two (2) steel towers to which the Transmission Lines are attached (designated as K389 and K390), as more specifically described in Schedule 2.01(a) hereto, but excluding any real property rights (including any Project Land Rights) and Seller’s existing tower to which the Transmission Lines are attached at Seller’s Pleasant Valley substation.
Transmission Line Facilities has the meaning set forth in Section 3.05(a)(i). “Transmission Substation Facilities” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.05(a)(ii).

Related to Transmission Line Facilities

  • Transmission line means any single or multiphase electric power line operating at nominal voltages at or in excess of either 69,000 volts between ungrounded conductors or 40,000 volts between grounded and ungrounded conductors, regardless of the functional service provided by the line.

  • Transmission Facilities shall have the meaning set forth in the Operating Agreement. Transmission Injection Rights:

  • Transmission links are the means used for inter-connecting distributed units for the purpose of conveying signals, operating data or an energy supply. This equipment is generally electrical but may, in some part, be mechanical, pneumatic or hydraulic.

Merchant Transmission Provider:

  • Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities means all Interconnection Facilities that are not Customer Interconnection Facilities and that, after the transfer under Tariff, Attachment P, Appendix 2, section 5.5 to the Interconnected Transmission Owner of title to any Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities that the Interconnection Customer constructed, are owned, controlled, operated and maintained by the Interconnected Transmission Owner on the Interconnected Transmission Owner’s side of the Point of Interconnection identified in appendices to the Interconnection Service Agreement and to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, including any modifications, additions or upgrades made to such facilities and equipment, that are necessary to physically and electrically interconnect the Customer Facility with the Transmission System or interconnected distribution facilities. Transmission Provider: The “Transmission Provider” shall be the Office of the Interconnection for all purposes, provided that the Transmission Owners will have the responsibility for the following specified activities:

  • Transmission Owner Attachment Facilities means that portion of the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities comprised of all Attachment Facilities on the Interconnected Transmission Owner’s side of the Point of Interconnection. Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities:

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.

  • Generating Facility means the Generating Unit(s) comprising Seller’s power plant, as more particularly described in Section 1.02 and Exhibit B, including all other materials, equipment, systems, structures, features and improvements necessary to produce electric energy and thermal energy, excluding the Site, land rights and interests in land.

  • Generation Interconnection Facilities Study means a Facilities Study related to a Generation Interconnection Request.

  • Electric Facility means a Generator or an electric transmission facility.

  • Transmission Loading Relief means NERC’s procedures for preventing operating security limit violations, as implemented by PJM as the security coordinator responsible for maintaining transmission security for the PJM Region.

  • Common Facilities means the facilities under D.G.sets/D.G.rooms, water storage tanks its pumping and supply system, sewerage & drainage systems, electric sub-station/ transformers/electric panels/distribution network, maintenance service rooms, lawns including lighting & services etc., roads, pathways & driveways including street lighting & services etc., guard posts, fire hydrants & fire fighting system etc. and all such facilities and areas for common use and excluded from the computation of Super Area of the Said Premises;

  • Transmission Interconnection Customer means an entity that submits an Interconnection Request to interconnect or add Merchant Transmission Facilities to the Transmission System or to increase the capacity of Merchant Transmission Facilities interconnected with the Transmission System in the PJM Region or an entity that submits an Upgrade Request for Merchant Network Upgrades (including accelerating the construction of any transmission enhancement or expansion, other than Merchant Transmission Facilities, that is included in the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan prepared pursuant to Operating Agreement, Schedule 6).

  • Railroad facilities means right of way and related

  • generation facility means a facility for generating electricity or providing ancillary services, other than ancillary services provided by a transmitter or distributor through the operation of a transmission or distribution system, and includes any structures, equipment or other things used for that purpose;

  • Transmission pipeline means any high pressure transmission pipeline connected to, but excluding the Maui Pipeline, that is used for the open access transportation of Gas, and includes all items of plant, equipment, fixtures and fittings directly appurtenanced to that pipeline, but excluding any item which is controlled by a party other than that pipeline’s TP Welded Party and any low pressure distribution system.

  • Telecommunications facilities means apparatus necessary or useful in the production, distribution,

  • New Facilities means facilities for which, by the cut-off date, neither of the following events has occurred:

  • Utility Facilities means the plant, equipment and property, including but not limited to the poles, pipes, mains, conduits, ducts, cable, wires, plant and equipment located under, on, or above the surface of the ground within the public right-of-way of the city and used or to be used for the purpose of providing utility or telecommunications services.   • L/C Facility means the letter of credit facility established pursuant to Article III.
