Trade Committee definition

Trade Committee means a Trade Committee that is organized in accordance with Section 1(b) of Annex C. Trading Member
Trade Committee means the ad hoc committee of certain holders of Trade Claims formed on or about May, 2003 as such may be constituted from time to time.
Trade Committee means the Post-Effective Date Trade Committee under and as defined in the Plan.

More Definitions of Trade Committee

Trade Committee means the Committee of one or more financial --------------- representatives appointed by the Creditors' Committee pursuant to Section 12.15 of the Plan, effective as of the Effective Date, to provide directions to the Trustee pursuant to this Agreement on behalf of the Trade Vendors.
