More Definitions of Terminated Country

Terminated Country means with respect to a termination of this Agreement, the country(ies) subject to such termination, to the extent applicable to terminations by SGI as provided in Section 13.3, or with respect to termination of this Agreement in its entirety, all countries in the Licensed Territory.
