Restricted Countries definition
Restricted Countries shall have the meaning given to it in Clause 26.5.3 (Protection of Personal Data);
Restricted Countries means a country outside the European Economic Area or any country which is not determined to be adequate by the European Commission pursuant to Article 25(6) of Directive 95/46/EC;
Restricted Countries means countries that are or become subject to sanctions by the United Nations, the Office of Foreign Assets Control of the U.S. Department of the Treasury (“OFAC”), the European Union, Switzerland and/or any other applicable sanctions program.

You will not use the Materials for any purposes prohibited by United States or other applicable laws, including but without limitation, the development, design, manufacture or production of nuclear, missile, chemical biological weaponry or other weapons of mass destruction. You are responsible for obtaining all required authorizations, permits, and licenses to import, export, re-export or transfer Materials. You agree to obligate, by contract or other similar assurances, the parties to whom You re-export or otherwise transfer the Software and Documentation to comply with all obligations set forth in this Section.
