Specified Country means each country listed on Schedule I attached hereto, and each country, other than the United States, with respect to which an Authorized Person (as defined in one or more Custody Agreement(s) between the relevant Fund and BNY as custodian (each, a "Custody Agreement")) has given settlement instructions to BNY as custodian (the "Custodian") under the Custody Agreement.
