Telephone Payment Parking System definition

Telephone Payment Parking System means an electronic system set up and maintained by the service provider whereby:
Telephone Payment Parking System means a system to facilitate and monitor the payment of parking charges using telephone communication with the service provider in accordance with instructions indicated on signs located at each parking place where the system is operational;
Telephone Payment Parking System means a system to facilitate and monitor the payment of parking charges using telephone communication with the Service Provider in accordance with instructions indicated on signs located within the Council’s car parks.

  • In respect of Article 10(ii) an indication that payment has been made using the Telephone Payment Parking System for a vehicle left in a parking place and the parking period for which payment has been made shall appear on a hand held device.
