Parking Charges. Any parking charges or other costs levied, assessed or imposed by, or at the direction of, or resulting from statutes or regulations, or interpretations thereof, promulgated by any governmental authority or insurer in connection with the use or occupancy of the Building or the Project.
Parking Charges. Lessee agrees to pay upon demand, based on its percent of occupancy of the entire Premises, its pro-rata share of any parking charges, surcharges, or any other cost hereafter levied or assessed by local, state, or federal governmental agencies in connection with the use of the parking facilities serving the Premises, including, without limitation, parking surcharge imposed by or under the authority of the Federal Environmental Protection Agency.
Parking Charges. Tenant shall pay for such parking privileges at the prevailing monthly rates from time to time charged by the operator or operators of the Garage, whether or not such operator is an affiliate of Landlord. Such monthly parking charges for parking privileges shall constitute Additional Rent and shall be payable monthly as directed by Landlord upon billing therefor by Landlord or such operator. Tenant acknowledges that said monthly charges to be paid under this Section are for the use by the Tenant of the parking privileges referred to herein, and not for any other service.
Parking Charges. If there is a charge for parking at the premises, Xxxxxx agrees to pay a parking charge per space each month due and payable as additional Rent as referenced in the Parking Rider. If Landlord is required to tow or store a motor vehicle belonging to Tenant or any guest of Tenant, such charges will be due and payable to the towing company.

Parking Charges. Tenant will pay to Landlord the Parking Charges set forth in Exhibit C.
Parking Charges. The initial monthly parking rate per parking space is set forth in Section 1.19 and is subject to change by Landlord, in Landlord’s sole discretion, upon five (5) days prior written notice to Tenant; provided, however, during the initial three (3) year and two (2) month term of this Lease, Tenant shall not pay any parking charges for the unreserved surface parking spaces described in Section 1.18. Tenant shall pay the required monthly parking charges for all of the parking spaces described in Section 1.18 whether or not Tenant actually uses all of the parking spaces described in Section 1.18. Monthly parking fees shall be payable in advance prior to the first day of each calendar month, and, at Landlord’s option, Landlord may require Tenant to pay the parking charges to the operator of the parking facilities. Visitor parking rates shall be determined by Landlord from time to time in Landlord’s sole discretion. The parking rates charged to Tenant or Tenant’s visitors may not be the lowest parking rates charged by Landlord for the use of the parking facility. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, any tax imposed on the privilege of occupying space in the parking facility, upon the revenues received by Landlord from the parking facility or upon the charges paid for the privilege of using the parking facility by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity may be added by Landlord to the monthly parking charges paid by Tenant at any time, or Landlord may require Tenant and other persons using the parking facility to pay said amounts directly to the taxing authority.
Parking Charges. It is Your responsibility to arrange adequate and legal parking for Our truck(s) at all addresses. You are liable to pay for parking charges if no free parking is available. If no parking is available, We will charge You for the time that We must wait until a legal parking space can be arranged/found. We will not park illegally.
Parking Charges. Tenant shall be charged for the number and type of the Parking Passes within the Parking Allotment that Tenant elects to rent pursuant to Section 24.1 above at the prevailing parking rates charged by Landlord and/or Landlord’s parking operator from time-to-time for reserved or unreserved parking (as the case may be) in the applicable Parking Facilities, plus applicable parking taxes (which rates are currently $207.00 per reserved parking pass per month and $102.00 per unreserved parking pass per month, each inclusive of parking taxes). Notwithstanding the foregoing: (i) such current parking rates shall be fixed for the first (1st) year of the initial Lease Term, and shall not increase thereafter during the remainder of the initial Lease Term by more than three percent (3%) per year, calculated on a cumulative and compounded basis (but in no event shall such increases result in parking rates payable by Tenant that are in excess of the prevailing parking rates charged by Landlord and/or Landlord’s parking operator from time-to-time for reserved or unreserved parking [as the case may be] in the applicable Parking Facilities); and (ii) Landlord shall xxxxx Tenant’s obligation to pay the parking charges otherwise payable for all of the Reserved Passes and Unreserved Passes within the Parking Allotment that are rented by Tenant pursuant to Section 24.1 above during the first eighteen (18) months of the initial Lease Term (collectively, the “Abated Parking Charges”). In the event of a default by Tenant under the terms of this Lease that results in the early termination of this Lease pursuant to the provisions of Article 19 above, then as a part of the recovery set forth in Article 19, Landlord shall be entitled to the recovery of the unamortized balance of the Abated Parking Charges. For purposes of this Section 24.2, the Abated Parking Charges shall be amortized on a straight-line basis over the scheduled 6-year initial Lease Term, and the unamortized balance thereof shall be determined based upon the unexpired portion of such initial Lease Term as of the date of such early termination.
