Communications Facility definition

Communications Facility means the set of equipment and network components, including wires, cables, antennas, and associated facilities, used by a communications service provider to provide communications service.
Communications Facility means the set of equipment and network components, including wires, cables, surface wave couplers, and associated facilities used by a cable operator, as defined in 47 U.S.C. Section 522(5); a provider of “video service” as defined in S.C. Code § 58-12-300(10); a telecommunications carrier, as defined in 47 U.S.C. Section 153(51); a provider of information service, as defined in 47 U.S.C. Section 153(24); or a Wireless Services Provider to provide Communications Services, including cable service, as defined in 47 U.S.C. Section 522(6); telecommunications service, as defined in 47 U.S.C. Section 153(53); an information service, as defined in 47 U.S.C. Section 153(24); Wireless Services; surface wave communication; or other one-way or two-way communications service.
Communications Facility means an installation which transmits, receives and/or relays communications such as a microwave or satellite relay tower, cellular telephone tower, aircraft communications tower, radio or television broadcast tower or similar facility. A communications facility includes the antennae or transmit/receive equipment, a support structure or tower, and a small building to shelter equipment.

  • Licensee, may, at its discretion, elect to relocate its Communications Facility to the new location on the Property, at its sole cost and expense or Licensee may terminate this Agreement, upon written notice, without penalty.

  • In the event Licensor desires to relocate the Tower on the Property, Licensor shall provide Licensee with One Hundred Eighty (180) days written notice of such relocation along with a rendering depicting the ground equipment location and space on the Tower that Licensee may relocate its Communications Facility at a new location on the Property.
