Technical Conditions of Tender definition

Technical Conditions of Tender means the Technical Conditions of Tender for the said land as set out in Annexure B;
Technical Conditions of Tender means the technical conditions for the development of the Land set out in Appendix F, and includes all supplementals, additions, variations and amendments to it.
Technical Conditions of Tender means the Technical Conditions of Tender for the Land as set out in the Tender Packet;

  • In these Conditions of Tender, the Technical Conditions of Tender and the Building Agreement, words importing the singular number include the plural number and vice versa, words importing the masculine gender include the feminine gender and words importing persons include corporations.

  • Payment of any amount payable under or pursuant to these Conditions of Tender, the Technical Conditions of Tender or the Building Agreement shall unless otherwise expressly stated be made in such manner and by such means as the Authority may notify to the successful tenderer in writing.

  • The Building Agreement shall be deemed to form part of these Conditions of Tender, which together with the Technical Conditions of Tender shall also be deemed to form part of the terms and conditions of the Building Agreement as though they were specifically set out in the Building Agreement and are to be observed and performed by the Lessee therein mentioned.

  • These Conditions of Tender, the Technical Conditions of Tender and the Building Agreement shall be subject to, governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore for every purpose.

  • The headings and sub-headings in these Conditions of Tender, the Technical Conditions of Tender and the Building Agreement shall not be deemed to form part of the document in which they appear and shall not affect the interpretation or construction of any of its provisions.

  • Where the consent of the Authority is given, the successful tenderer shall procure and ensure that the approved developer signs the Building Agreement in accordance with these Conditions of Tender such as would make the approved developer bound by all the provisions in these Conditions of Tender and the Technical Conditions of Tender as though it were the successful tenderer referred to therein.

  • The successful tenderer shall in addition to these Conditions of Tender comply with the Technical Conditions of Tender for the said land (“the Technical Conditions of Tender”) contained in the Developer’s Packet.

  • The rights, powers, authorities and remedies provided in these Conditions of Tender, the Technical Conditions of Tender and the Building Agreement are cumulative and not exclusive of any rights, powers, authorities or remedies provided by law.

  • These Conditions of Tender and the Technical Conditions of Tender are to be read together with the Control Plans (“the Control Plans”) supplied in the Developer’s Packet, which are intended as a guide on the requirements of the Authority for the development of the said land.

  • All references herein to the form of Building Agreement, form of Lease, these Conditions of Tender and the Technical Conditions of Tender shall be deemed to mean such documents as added to, varied or amended as aforesaid.

  • Conditions of Tender means the Conditions of Tender for the said land as set out in Annexure A;

  • Conditions of Use means Conditions 1 to 10 and the Schedules and Appendices of this document.

  • GENERAL AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT means the instructions to Tenderer and General and special conditions of contract pertaining to the work for which above tenders have been called for.

  • General Conditions of Contract means the ‘Instructions to Tenderers’ and ‘General Conditions of Contract’ pertaining to the work for which above tenders have been called for.

  • General Conditions means the “International Development Association General Conditions for Credits and Grants”, dated July 1, 2005 (as amended through October 15, 2006).

  • Special Conditions of Contract means the pages completed by the Procuring Entity entitled Special Conditions of Contract which constitute Part A of the Special Conditions.

  • Congenital Condition(s) means (a) any medical, physical or mental abnormalities existed at the time of or before birth, whether or not being manifested, diagnosed or known at birth; or (b) any neo-natal abnormalities developed within six (6) months of birth.

  • Supplemental Conditions means those terms and conditions, if included in the Agreement by mutual written agreement of the Parties, which add to or modify the Agreement and are incorporated by reference as if fully set forth in the Agreement. In the case of a conflict between the Supplemental Conditions and the Agreement, the Supplemental Conditions shall prevail.

  • General Conditions Cost means costs incurred and minor work performed by Contractor without the need for competitive bids/proposals. The allowable General Conditions items are limited in Paragraph 11.1 and are further described on Exhibit “D”. The maximum allowable General Conditions Cost payable to Contractor during the Construction Phase of the Project is set out in Exhibit “A” attached to this Agreement.

  • Debilitating medical condition means one or more of the following:

  • Environmental Conditions means any conditions of the environment, including, without limitation, the work place, the ocean, natural resources (including flora or fauna), soil, surface water, ground water, any actual or potential drinking water supply sources, substrata or the ambient air, relating to or arising out of, or caused by the use, handling, storage, treatment, recycling, generation, transportation, Release or threatened Release or other management or mismanagement of Regulated Substances resulting from the use of, or operations on, the Property.

  • Special Conditions means Special Conditions of Contract, which override the General Conditions, also referred to as SCC.

  • Additional Conditions means the terms and conditions set out in the Offer Document.

  • Specific Conditions means the conditions in addition or in variation to the general conditions which the Commission may lay down specifically for a distribution licensee;

  • Conditions of Sale means the Conditions of Sale set out in Part 3 of this TenderDocument;

  • Qualifying medical condition means seizure disorder,

  • General Condition means these General Terms and Conditions of Contract.

  • Conditions of Approval means condition(s) imposed by the Municipality in the approval of a land development application, including any conditions contained in the annexure(s) and/or plans and/or attachment(s) that form part of the approval and/or are referred to in the approval of the land development application;

  • Environmental Condition means any condition or circumstance, including the presence of Hazardous Substances which does or would (i) require assessment, investigation, abatement, correction, removal or remediation under any Environmental Law, (ii) give rise to any civil or criminal Liability under any Environmental Law, (iii) create or constitute a public or private nuisance or (iv) constitute a violation of or non-compliance with any Environmental Law.

  • Urgent medical condition means a condition that satisfies either of the following:
