Physical Conditions Report definition

Physical Conditions Report means, with respect to the Property, a report prepared by a company satisfactory to Lender regarding the physical condition of the Property, satisfactory in form and substance to Lender in its sole discretion, which report shall, among other things, (a) confirm that the Property and its use complies, in all material respects, with all applicable Legal Requirements (including, without limitation, zoning, subdivision and building laws) and (b) include a copy of a final certificate of occupancy with respect to all Improvements on the Property.

Physical Conditions Report means, with respect to each Individual Property, a report prepared by a company satisfactory to Lender regarding the physical condition of such Individual Property, satisfactory in form and substance to Lender in its sole discretion.

Physical Conditions Report means, a structural engineering report prepared by a company satisfactory to Lender regarding the physical condition of the Property, satisfactory in form and substance to Lender in its sole discretion, which report shall, among other things, confirm that the Property and its use complies, in all material respects, with all applicable Legal Requirements (including, without limitation, zoning, subdivision and building laws).

Examples of Physical Conditions Report in a sentence

Lender shall have received a Physical Conditions Report with respect to the Property, which report shall be reasonably satisfactory in form and substance to Lender.
Lender shall have received a Physical Conditions Report (or re-certified Physical Conditions Report) with respect to the Property, which report shall be satisfactory in form and substance to Lender.

Physical Conditions Report means, with respect to each Individual Property, a structural engineering report prepared by a company satisfactory to Lender and Mortgage Lender regarding the physical condition of such Individual Property, satisfactory in form and substance to Lender and Mortgage Lender in their respective sole discretion, which report shall, among other things, (a) confirm that such Individual Property and its use complies, in all material respects, with all applicable Legal Requirements (including, without limitation, zoning, subdivision and building laws) and (b) include a copy of a final certificate of occupancy with respect to all Improvements on such Individual Property.

Physical Conditions Report means the structural engineering report with respect to the Property (a) prepared by an Independent Architect, (b) addressed to Mezzanine Lender, (c) prepared based on a scope of work determined by Mortgage Lender in Mortgage Lender’s reasonable discretion, and (d) in form and content acceptable to Mortgage Lender in Mortgage Lender’s reasonable discretion, together with any amendments or supplements thereto. Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.8(a).

Physical Conditions Report means one or more reports prepared by a company satisfactory to Lender regarding the physical condition of the Properties, satisfactory in form and substance to Lender.

Physical Conditions Report means a structural engineering report or reports prepared by a company satisfactory to Lender regarding the physical condition of the Properties or any Property, satisfactory in form and substance to Lender in its sole discretion, which report shall, among other things, (a) confirm that the Properties or any particular Property and their respective uses comply, in all material respects, with all applicable Legal Requirements (including zoning, subdivision and building codes and laws), and (b) include a copy of a final certificate of occupancy with respect to all improvements, to the extent available from the applicable authorities.

Physical Conditions Report means those certain Property Condition Reports, prepared by CBRE Assessment & Consulting Services as Project Nos. PC80141163-101 and PC80141163-102.
