Tax-Qualified Option definition

Tax-Qualified Option means an Option Right that is intended to qualify under particular provisions of the Code, including without limitation an Incentive Stock Option.
Tax-Qualified Option means an Option which is intended at the time of grant to qualify for special tax treatment under Section 422A or other particular provisions of the Code and the regulations, rulings and procedures promulgated, published or otherwise provided thereunder, as adopted and amended from time to time.
Tax-Qualified Option means an Option Right that is intended to qualify under particular provisions of the Code, including but not limited to an Incentive Stock Option.

  • Except with respect to Section 22(e) , to the extent that any provision of this Plan would prevent any Option Right that was intended to qualify as a Tax-qualified Option from qualifying as such, that provision shall be null and void with respect to such Option Right.

More Definitions of Tax-Qualified Option

Tax-Qualified Option means an Option to which this Exhibit B applies.
