Nonstatutory Option definition

Nonstatutory Option means a stock option not described in Sections 422(b) or 423(b) of the Code.
Nonstatutory Option or “NSO” shall mean an employee stock option that is not an ISO.
Nonstatutory Option means any Option that is not an Incentive Option.

More Definitions of Nonstatutory Option

Nonstatutory Option means any Option other than an Incentive Stock Option.
