Examples of Non-Qualified Option in a sentence
Non-Qualified Option means an option which is not intended to qualify as an ISO.
The Administrator may amend, modify or terminate any outstanding Award, including by cancelling and substituting another Award of the same or a different type, reducing the exercise price, changing the exercise or settlement date, converting an ISO to a Non-Qualified Option, taking any other action that is treated as a repricing under generally accepted accounting principles or by amending, waiving or relaxing any applicable performance criteria or goal(s).
Each Option will be designated in writing as an ISO or Non-Qualified Option at the time of grant; provided, however, that if an Option is not so designated, then such Option will be a Non-Qualified Option, and the Shares purchased upon exercise of each type of Option will be separately accounted for.
Stock Right means a right to Shares or the value of Shares of the Company granted pursuant to the Plan - a Non-Qualified Option, a Stock Grant or a Stock-Based Award.
If an Option is an ISO, such Option may be deemed to be a Non-Qualified Option as a result of a transfer pursuant to this Section.
