Non-Qualified Option definition

Non-Qualified Option means an Option that is not an Incentive Stock Option.
Non-Qualified Option means any Option granted under this Plan which is not an Incentive Stock Option.
Non-Qualified Option means any Option other than an Incentive Option.

  • Non-Qualified Option means an option which is not intended to qualify as an ISO.

  • The Administrator may amend, modify or terminate any outstanding Award, including by cancelling and substituting another Award of the same or a different type, reducing the exercise price, changing the exercise or settlement date, converting an ISO to a Non-Qualified Option, taking any other action that is treated as a repricing under generally accepted accounting principles or by amending, waiving or relaxing any applicable performance criteria or goal(s).

Non-Qualified Option means an Option which is not an Incentive Stock Option and which is designated as a Non-Qualified Option by the Committee.
