Target Formations definition

Target Formations means the depths and formations underlying and located within Kingfisher and Canadian Counties, Oklahoma conveying all rights below the base of the Xxxxxxx which generally include the stratigraphic equivalent depths found in the Xxxxxx Oil Company, Xxxxxx-1 well (API # 35-073-243300000), located in Section 00, Xxxxxxxx 00X xxx Xxxxx 0X, Xxxxxxxxxx County, Oklahoma, with that stratigraphic equivalent (being the base of the Xxxxxxx and top of the Mississippi) found on the electric log at the measured vertical depth of 7,642 feet. The Parties recognize that the actual depths of the Target Formations will vary across the Real Property Interests.
Target Formations means, collectively, the Middle Spraberry Shale Formation, the Lower Spraberry Shale Formation, the Wolfcamp A Formation, and the Wolfcamp B Formation, and each, individually, a “Target Formation”.
Target Formations means, each of the Wolfcamp A Formation, the Wolfcamp B Formation, the Lower Wolfcamp B Formation, the Wolfcamp C Formation, the Wolfcamp D Formation and the Lower Spraberry Formation, and a “Target Formation” means any of the foregoing.

Examples of Target Formations in a sentence

  • As of the date of this Application, Applicant owns, or has secured the consent of the owners of, more than 45 percent of the mineral interests to be pooled within the Target Formations (as defined below) under this Application.

  • Therefore, acting pursuant to the relevant provisions of §34-60- 116(6) & (7), C.R.S., and Rule 530., Applicant seeks an order pooling all interests, including, but not limited to, any nonconsenting interests, in the Application Lands, for the development and operation of the Target Formations.

  • Therefore, acting pursuant to the relevant provisions of §34-60- 116(6) & (7), C.R.S., and Rule 530., Applicant seeks an order pooling all interests in the Application Lands, for the development and operation of the Target Formations.

  • We will continue to advance the model by systematically addressing the limitations and caveats identified in the sections IV and V.

  • Upon information and belief, Applicant designated two approximate 640-acre horizontal wellbore spacing units comprised of the Application Lands, for the below- described wells, for the production of oil, gas, and associated hydrocarbons from the Target Formations.

  • Operator is authorized to conduct these enhanced recovery operations in a within four 40-acre tracts of the Subject Lands, within the Target Formations, pursuant to the Board’s Order in Cause No. 471-02 entered on December 8, 2022.

  • As between the Parties hereto, Farmee shall assume all of the obligations of Farmor under the Leases with respect to the Target Formations.

  • To maintain his control over the management of the company he can design a different class of shares which contain lessor voting rights than that of his class.


More Definitions of Target Formations

Target Formations means, collectively, the Upper Spraberry Formation, the Lower Spraberry Formation, the Wolfcamp A Formation, and the Wolfcamp B Formation, and each, individually, a “Target Formation”.
Target Formations means (a) with respect to each Well, any currently producing formation(s) for such Well and (b) with respect to each Section, the Sussex Formation, Xxxxxxx Formation, Niobrara Formation and Frontier Formation, as applicable (except, to the extent applicable, for any depth limitations expressly set forth on Exhibit B).

Target Formations means all depths from the Top of the Bone Spring Formation as found at 6,917 feet measured depth (or the stratigraphic equivalent thereof, recognizing that actual depths may vary across the relevant Assets) to the Top of the Wolfcamp Conglomerate as found at 10,270 feet measured depth (or the stratigraphic equivalent thereof, recognizing that actual depths may vary across the relevant Assets), in each case, in the Jetta – Xxxx #4 Well, API Number 00-000-00000, located in Sec. 00, Xxx. 000, Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx.
Target Formations means (a) with respect to a Well listed on Exhibit A, the depths currently open to production from such Well as of the Execution Date, and (b) with respect to a Lease, that portion of the geological formations included within the depths described for such Lease on Exhibit A.

Related to Target Formations

  • Project Scope means the description or activity of work to be accomplished on the Project.

  • Development Schedule shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1.

  • Development Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Production Burdens means any royalties (including lessor’s royalties), overriding royalties, production payments, net profit interests or other similar interests that constitute a burden on, and are measured by or are payable out of, the production of Hydrocarbons or the proceeds realized from the sale or other disposition thereof (including any amounts payable to publicly traded royalty trusts), but excluding Taxes and assessments of Governmental Entities.

  • Interconnection Studies means the Interconnection Feasibility Study, the System Impact Study, and the Facilities Study described in Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI. Interface Pricing Point:

  • Power production activities means any business operation that involves a project commissioned by the government of Iran whose purpose is to facilitate power generation and delivery, including, but not limited to, establishing power-generating plants or hydroelectric dams, selling or installing components for the project, providing service contracts related to the installation or maintenance of the project, as well as facilitating such activities, including by providing supplies or services in support of such activities.

  • Development Agreements means all development, utility or similar agreements included in the Permitted Encumbrances.

  • Project Plans mean the plans for the Project that are attached to this Agreement as Exhibit “B.”

  • Development Budget shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.3.

  • Target area means a contiguous geographic area in which 50% or more of the households have income that is less than 80% of the statewide median household income.

  • Business Critical means any function identified in any Statement of Work as Business Critical.

  • Horizontal well means a well bore drilled laterally at an angle of at least eighty (80) degrees to the vertical or with a horizontal projection exceeding one hundred (100) feet measured from the initial point of penetration into the productive formation through the terminus of the lateral in the same common source of supply.

  • Planned development means a real property development other than a community apartment project, a condominium project, or a stock cooperative, having either or both of the following features:

  • Development Report means a written account of Licensee’s progress under the Development Plan having at least the information specified on Appendix B to this Agreement, and shall be sent to the address specified on Appendix B.

  • Target Population means persons with low incomes who have one or more disabilities, including mental illness, HIV or AIDS, substance abuse, or other chronic health condition, or individuals eligible for services provided pursuant to the Lanterman Developmental Disabilities Services Act (Division 4.5 (commencing with Section 4500) of the Welfare and Institutions Code) and may include, among other populations, adults, emancipated minors, families with children, elderly persons, young adults aging out of the foster care system, individuals exiting from institutional settings, veterans, and homeless people.

  • Extracurricular activities means: a voluntary activity sponsored by the school or local education agency or an organization sanctioned by the local education agency. Extracurricular activities include, but are not limited to, preparation for and involvement in public performances, contests, athletic competitions, demonstrations, displays, and club activities.

  • Project Schedule means a document that, with respect to each Phase of the Project, identifies, coordinates and integrates the anticipated design and construction schedules, the Contracting Authority’s and Owner's responsibilities, government authority reviews and other activities as are necessary for the timely completion of the Work.

  • Interconnection Study means any of the studies defined in the CAISO Tariff or, if applicable, any distribution provider’s tariff that reflect the methodology and costs to interconnect the Project to the Participating Transmission Owner’s electric grid.

  • Research Budget has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Design Development Documents means the Drawings, Specifications and other documents prepared by the Trade Contractor that establish and describe the size and character of the Trade Contractor Work as to architectural, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical systems, graphics and signage, and other elements, and which include typical construction details, equipment layouts and specifications that identify major materials and systems.

  • SCD means current City of Winnipeg Parks Planning Standard Construction Detail Drawings.

  • Serialization within the enterprise identifier means each item produced is assigned a serial number that is unique among all the tangible items produced by the enterprise and is never used again. The enterprise is responsible for ensuring unique serialization within the enterprise identifier.

  • Development Well means a well drilled inside the established limits of an oil or gas reservoir, or in close proximity to the edge of the reservoir, to the depth of a stratigraphic horizon known to be productive.

  • Design Criteria Package means concise, performance-oriented drawings or specifications for a public construction project. The purpose of the Design Criteria Package is to furnish sufficient information to permit Design-Build Firms to prepare a bid or a response to the District’s Request for Proposals, or to permit the District to enter into a negotiated Design- Build Contract. The Design Criteria Package must specify performance- based criteria for the public construction project, including the legal description of the site, survey information concerning the site, interior space requirements, material quality standards, schematic layouts and conceptual design criteria of the project, cost or budget estimates, design and construction schedules, site development requirements, provisions for utilities, stormwater retention and disposal, and parking requirements applicable to the project. Design Criteria Packages shall require firms to submit information regarding the qualifications, availability, and past work of the firms, including the partners and members thereof.

  • Development Approvals means all permits and other entitlements for use subject to approval or issuance by CITY in connection with development of the Property including, but not limited to:
