Syngenta Field definition

Syngenta Field means (a) the manufacture or use of Enzymes and (b) the development, manufacture, use, sale, offer for sale, import or export of any products that consist of, incorporate or are made through the use of Enzymes, in either case of (a) or (b), which Enzymes are expressed or produced in Plants or using any Gene that is native to a Plant or modified for expression in Plants, where “Plant” means a monocotyledonous or dicotyledonous plant, or an angiosperm, a gymnosperm or a pteridophyte.

Any and all chemistry, manufacturing, and controls (CMC), drug master files (DMFs), or similar materials provided to regulatory authorities and the information contained therein are deemed Manufacturing Technology.
