Swingline Request definition

Swingline Request has the meaning specified in Section 2.3(b).
Swingline Request has the meaning specified in clause (ii) of subsection 1.1(d).
Swingline Request means a request by the Borrower for the Swingline Lender to make a Swingline Loan, which shall contain the information in respect of such requested Swingline Loan specified in Section 2.03(b) and shall be delivered to the Swingline Lender and the Administrative Agent in writing, or by telephone, immediately confirmed in writing.

  • The representations and warranties set forth in any Notice of Borrowing, Swingline Request or L/C Request (or any certificate delivered in connection therewith) shall be deemed to be made again on and as of the date of the relevant Loan or Issuance and the acceptance of the proceeds thereof or of the delivery of the relevant Letter of Credit.

  • Upon receipt of such notice and subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Swingline Lender may make a Swing Loan available to the Borrower by making the proceeds thereof available to Agent and, in turn, Agent shall make such proceeds available to the Borrower on the date set forth in the relevant Swingline Request or Notice of Borrowing.

  • In order to request a Swing Loan, the Borrower shall give to the Administrative Agent a notice to be received not later than 1:00 p.m. on the day of the proposed borrowing, which may be made in a writing substantially in the form of Exhibit D duly completed (a “Swingline Request”) or by telephone if confirmed promptly but, in any event, prior to such borrowing, with such a Swingline Request.
