Swingline definition

Swingline. The facility pursuant to which the SwingLine Lender may advance Revolving Credit Loans aggregating up to the SwingLine Loan Ceiling.
Swingline means the revolving credit facility made available by the Swingline Lender pursuant to Section 2.07.
Swingline means the credit facility for making one or more Swingline Loans described in Section 2.2(b).

Examples of Swingline in a sentence

  • Each such notice shall be in a form approved by the Administrative Agent, shall be irrevocable and shall specify the requested date (which shall be a Business Day) and amount of the requested Swingline Loan.

  • Such notice shall specify the aggregate amount of Swingline Loans in which the Revolving Lenders will participate.

  • To request a Swingline Loan, the Borrower shall submit a written notice to the Administrative Agent of such request by fax or through any Electronic System or an Approved Borrower Portal, in each case, if arrangements for doing so have been approved by the Administrative Agent, not later than 12:00 noon, New York City time, on the day of a proposed Swingline Loan.

  • Within the foregoing limits and subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the Borrower may borrow, prepay and reborrow Swingline Loans.

  • Any payment made by a Revolving Lender pursuant to this paragraph to reimburse the Issuing Bank for any LC Disbursement (other than the funding of ABR Revolving Loans or a Swingline Loan as contemplated above) shall not constitute a Loan and shall not relieve the Borrower of its obligation to reimburse such LC Disbursement.


More Definitions of Swingline

Swingline when used in reference to any Loan or Borrowing, refers to whether such Loan, or the Loans comprising such Borrowing, are made by a Swingline Lender to Borrower pursuant to Section 2.10 of the Credit Agreement.
