Swingline definition

Swingline. The facility pursuant to which the SwingLine Lender may advance Revolving Credit Loans aggregating up to the SwingLine Loan Ceiling.
Swingline means the revolving credit facility made available by the Swingline Lender pursuant to Section 2.07.
Swingline means the credit facility for making one or more Swingline Loans described in Section 2.2(b).

  • For the avoidance of doubt, if ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ delivers a Funding Notice specifying a proposed Funding Date that would occur less than one (1) Business Day after the date such Funding Notice is received (or deemed received in accordance with Section 2.2(c)(ii)), such request for an Advance shall be treated as a request for a Swingline Advance.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, in relation with a refunding of a Swingline Advance, such ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s payment obligation will be fulfilled in accordance with Section 2.19.

More Definitions of Swingline

Swingline when used in reference to any Loan or Borrowing, refers to whether such Loan, or the Loans comprising such Borrowing, are made by a Swingline Lender to Borrower pursuant to Section 2.10 of the Credit Agreement.
