Swingline definition

Swingline. The facility pursuant to which the SwingLine Lender may advance Revolving Credit Loans aggregating up to the SwingLine Loan Ceiling.
Swingline means the revolving credit facility made available by the Swingline Lender pursuant to Section 2.07.
Swingline means the credit facility for making one or more Swingline Loans described in Section 2.2(b).

  • Except with respect to Swingline Loans which are addressed in Section 2.07, each Borrowing, each conversion of Daily SOFR Loans or Term SOFR Loans or Base Rate Loans from one Type of Syndicated Loan to another, and each continuation of Term SOFR Loans shall be made upon the applicable Borrower Party’s irrevocable written notice to Administrative Agent.

  • If at any time Administrative Agent determines that Cash Collateral is subject to any right or claim of any Person other than Administrative Agent, the Swingline Lender or the Letter of Credit Issuer as herein provided, or that the total amount of such Cash Collateral is less than the Minimum Collateral Amount, Borrower will, promptly upon demand by Administrative Agent, pay or provide to Administrative Agent additional Cash Collateral in an amount sufficient to eliminate such deficiency.

Swingline when used in reference to any Loan or Borrowing, refers to whether such Loan, or the Loans comprising such Borrowing, are made by a Swingline Lender to Borrower pursuant to Section 2.10 of the Credit Agreement.
