Swingline definition

Swingline. The facility pursuant to which the SwingLine Lender may advance Revolving Credit Loans aggregating up to the SwingLine Loan Ceiling.
Swingline means the credit facility for making one or more Swingline Loans described in Section 2.2(b).

  • The Loans constituting each ABR Borrowing (including each Swingline Loan) shall bear interest at a rate per annum equal to the Alternate Base Rate plus the Applicable Margin.

Swingline is defined in section 2.08.
Swingline means the credit facility for making one or more Swingline Loans described in Section 1.1(b).
