Other Holder definition
Other Holder has the meaning specified in Section 2.2(b).
Other Holder means any person in whose name any Other Note is registered on the books of the Company.

The obligations of the Holder under this Agreement are several and not joint with the obligations of any Other Holder under any other substantially similar agreement with the Company, and the Holder shall not be responsible in any way for the performance of the obligations of any Other Holder under any other substantially similar agreement with the Company (each, an “Other Agreement”).
