Swingline Advance definition

Swingline Advance means any swingline loan made by the Swingline Lender to the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.01, and all such swingline loans collectively as the context requires.

Swingline Advance means an advance made by the Swingline Lender, if any, to the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.

Swingline Advance means an Advance made pursuant to Section 2.03.

Examples of Swingline Advance in a sentence

• Each Borrowing (other than a Swingline Advance) shall be in an aggregate amount of $5,000,000 or an integral multiple of $1,000,000 in excess thereof and shall consist of Revolving Advances of the same Type made on the same day by the Lenders ratably according to their respective Revolving Credit Commitments.

• A Swingline Advance may not be repaid with the proceeds from another Swingline Advance.

• To request a Swingline Advance, the Borrower shall notify the Swingline Lender and the Agent of such request in writing, not later than 2:00 p.m. (or such later time as the Swingline Lender may determine in its sole discretion), on the day of such Swingline Advance.

• Any Swingline Advance shall be made and repaid in accordance with the procedures set forth in Section 2.

• Each Swingline Advance shall bear interest at such rate as mutually agreed to by the Swingline Lender and the Borrower.

More Definitions of Swingline Advance

Swingline Advance means an advance by a Swingline Lender to any Borrower as part of a Swingline Borrowing.

Swingline Advance shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 2.1(b).

Swingline Advance means an advance by the Swingline Lender to the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.4.

Swingline Advance means an Advance of a Swingline Loan pursuant to Section 2.17.
