For the avoidance of doubt, if ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ delivers a Funding Notice specifying a proposed Funding Date that would occur less than one (1) Business Day after the date such Funding Notice is received (or deemed received in accordance with Section 2.2(c)(ii)), such request for an Advance shall be treated as a request for a Swingline Advance.
For the avoidance of doubt, in relation with a refunding of a Swingline Advance, such ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s payment obligation will be fulfilled in accordance with Section 2.19.
