Supplier Competitor definition

Supplier Competitor means any entity set forth in Exhibit 26.

Supplier Competitor means those competitors specified on Exhibit 12.

Supplier Competitor means a Person that designs, develops, commercializes or markets technology that enables authentication of users wishing to make online payments or access secure on-line services.

• Nine different CSR disclosure dimensions, „Shareholder, Employee, Manager, Customer, Supplier, Competitor, Community and Society, Environment and CSR management‟ were developed for the purpose of analysis.

• If the Parties do not agree within 15 days on a replacement Benchmarker, LS&Co. shall designate the Benchmarker in its sole discretion, provided that such Benchmarker shall not be a Supplier Competitor.

More Definitions of Supplier Competitor

Supplier Competitor means those entities listed in Schedule R.

Supplier Competitor means (i) any entity or group of entities identified by the Supplier in its absolute discretion, and notified to Digibank from time to time, (an “Identified Competitor”); and (ii) any Affiliate of an Identified Competitor (an “Identified Competitor Affiliate”), and (iii) any consortium which includes an Identified Competitor or an Identified Competitor Affiliate.

Supplier Competitor means any specific Entity (or specific business unit of an Entity, as the case may be) identified on Exhibit X hereto (as amended by Supplier from time to time no more than once per quarter; provided that (a) Supplier must provide Sprint 30 days written notice prior to the amendment so that Sprint may discuss with Supplier any additional Entity, and (b) any new Entity identified by Supplier must be similar in scope, scale, and type of business as those Entities previously identified on Exhibit X), and its respective successors and assigns and any affiliate continuing all or a portion of the business carried on by the specified entity.

Supplier Competitor means any entity that is deemed competitive to Supplier and listed as such in a Gartner publication at any time during the Term.
