Successful Completion of the Trial Run definition

Successful Completion of the Trial Run means that the Equipment Package has been available for safe and reliable utilization without any limitation for a continuous period of four weeks (excluding interruptions not attributable to the Equipment itself). In case the Equipment Package is not available for utilization as detailed above the count down of four weeks shall restart.
Successful Completion of the Trial Run means that the Equipment has been available for safe and reliable utilization in all modes of operation, at its rated load without any limitation for a continuous period of four weeks (excluding interruptions not attributable to the Equipment itself). In case the Equipment is not available for utilization as detailed above the countdown of four weeks shall restart.
Successful Completion of the Trial Run of an Equipment Package shall mean that said Equipment Package has been available for safe and reliable operation in all modes of operation, achieving, as applicable, more than 95% of its guaranteed rated load as detailed in item 1.1 above, all as demonstrated by means of on-base measurement instruments, without any limitation not consistent with the specification requirements, for a continuous period of fourteen (14) consecutive days (excluding interruptions not attributable to the Contractor and/or excluding up to two interruptions of no more than two hours in the aggregate attributable to the Contractor), hereinafter the “Trial Period”.

Examples of Successful Completion of the Trial Run in a sentence

  • The Purchaser shall issue a Provisional Acceptance Certificate for Equipment related to a Unit by no later than one (1) month of the Successful Completion of the Trial Run.

  • The Purchaser shall issue a Provisional Acceptance Certificate for Equipment Package related to a Unit by no later than one (1) month of the Successful Completion of the Trial Run.

  • The Purchaser shall issue a Provisional Acceptance Certificate (PAC) for Equipment related to a Unit by no later than one (1) month after the related Successful Completion of the Trial Run.

  • Before Trill Run and as a precondition to Successful Completion of the Trial Run the Contractor shall provide an approval of the authorized organization to operate the retrofitted cranes according to Israeli law.

  • The Purchaser undertakes to make all the necessary coordination, provide all the necessary labor force and all the necessary consumables, and conduct the Provisional Acceptance Tests within a period of two (2) weeks, as soon as practically possible (taking into consideration the balance of plant functionality and the grid requirements) following the Successful Completion of the Trial Run, and to issue the Provisional Acceptance Test Report within six (6) weeks thereafter.

  • After Successful Completion of the Trial Run, the Purchaser shall conduct Provisional Acceptance Tests to verify that the Equipment Package complies with at least the Minimum Performance Levels for the related Performance Parameters (excluding Reliability, Availability and Maintainability) listed in Article1 above.

  • In the event Successful Completion of the Trial Run is delayed for reasons attributable to the Contractor, such delays shall be considered Delays in Provisional Acceptance, and the relevant provisions in Annexure “A” Article 11.3 shall apply.

  • The Provisional Acceptance Tests shall be conducted (by the Purchaser at Purchaser’s expense) after Successful Completion of the Trial Run to verify that the Equipment Package complies with at least the Minimum Performance Levels for the related Performance Parameters listed in AnnexureD – part 1.

  • Any period after the Expected Provisional Acceptance Date, required, for reasons attributable to the Contractor, for the Successful Completion of the Trial Run and for conducting the Provisional Acceptance Test;b.

  • After Successful Completion of the Trial Run, the Purchaser shall conduct Provisional Acceptance Tests to verify that the Equipment Package actually achieves the Minimum Performance Levels for the related Performance Parameters listed in Article 1 above.


More Definitions of Successful Completion of the Trial Run

Successful Completion of the Trial Run of an Equipment Package shall mean that said Equipment Package has been available for safe and reliable operation in all modes of operation at more than 95% of said Equipment Package Rated Load as demonstrated by means of on- base measurement instruments, without any limitation, for a continuous period of four weeks (excluding interruptions not attributable to said Equipment and excluding up to 2 interruptions of no more than 6 hours each attributable to the Equipment).
Successful Completion of the Trial Run means that the Equipment has been available for safe and reliable utilization in all modes of operation and all its rated load has been demonstrated without any limitation. In case the Equipment is not available for utilization as detailed above the Trial Run Period shall restart.
Successful Completion of the Trial Run means that the Equipment has been available for safe and reliable utilization in all modes of operation, at its rated load without any limitation for a continuous period of four (4) hours. In case the Equipment is not available for utilization as detailed above the countdown shall restart.
Successful Completion of the Trial Run means that said Equipment has been available for safe and reliable operation in all modes of operation, as further detailed in Article 3.6.7 below.

Related to Successful Completion of the Trial Run

  • Successful Completion means that in the reasonable opinion of the Customer, Deliverables completed by the Supplier are fit for purpose, completed on time and otherwise meet all the criteria defined under this Contract;

  • Substantial Completion Date means the date on which Substantial Completion occurs.

  • Substantial Completion means the stage in the progress of the work as determined and certified by the Contracting Officer in writing to the Contractor, on which the work (or a portion designated by the Government) is sufficiently complete and satisfactory. Substantial completion means that the property may be occupied or used for the purpose for which it is intended, and only minor items such as touch-up, adjustments, and minor replacements or installations remain to be completed or corrected which:

  • Final Completion means the date determined and certified by A/E and Owner on which the Work is fully and satisfactorily complete in accordance with the Contract.

  • Virtual Completion means the premise is in the opinion of the Employer fit for occupation.

  • Final Completion Date means the date on which Final Completion occurs.

  • Construction Completion Date means the date by which the overall development of the Project is completed in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and when the Construction Completion Certificate is issued by the Independent Engineer as per Article 14.1.

  • Study Completion means the database for the Study has been locked and all Essential Documents have been provided to the Sponsor, including a copy of the letter from the Reviewing HREC acknowledging receipt of the final report and/or closure letter from the Principal Investigator.

  • Phase 2 Trial means a human clinical trial conducted on study subjects with the disease or condition being studied for the principal purpose of achieving a preliminary determination of efficacy or appropriate dosage ranges, as further described in 21 C.F.R. §312.21(b) (including any such clinical study in any country other than the United States).

  • Completion Period means the period starting from the date of issue of "Order" and required to complete the work in all respect.

  • project completion period means the period of sixty (60) months commencing from and expiring on for the construction and obtaining of Temporary Occupation Permit or Permits for the whole of the Development as provided in clause 3.3;

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

  • Phase II Trial means a clinical trial of a Licensed Product on patients, including possibly pharmacokinetic and dose ranging studies, the principal purposes of which are to make a preliminary determination that such Licensed Product is safe for its intended use and to obtain sufficient information about such Licensed Product’s efficacy to permit the design of further clinical trials, and generally consistent with 21 CFR §312.21(b), or its successor regulation, or the equivalent in any foreign country.

  • Project Milestone means the project milestone set forth in Schedule-J;

  • Tests after Completion means the tests (if any) which are specified in the Contract and which are carried out in accordance with the Specification after the Works or a Section (as the case may be) are taken over by the Procuring Entity.

  • Completion Date means the date of completion of the Services by the Service Provider as certified by the Procuring Entity

  • Phase 1 Trial means, with respect to a Licensed Product, a clinical trial (or — in case of a multi-phase clinical trial — those parts of a clinical trial) in line with the provisions of 21CFR312, Section 21 (a).

  • Mechanical Completion means that (a) all components and systems of the Project have been properly constructed, installed and functionally tested according to EPC Contract requirements in a safe and prudent manner that does not void any equipment or system warranties or violate any permits, approvals or Laws; (b) the Project is ready for testing and commissioning, as applicable; (c) Seller has provided written acceptance to the EPC Contractor of mechanical completion as that term is specifically defined in the EPC Contract.

  • Guaranteed Substantial Completion Date or “Guaranteed Substantial Completion Dates” has the meaning set forth in Section 5.3B.

  • The Completion Date means the date of completion of the Works as certified by the Employer’s Representative.

  • Phase 3 Trial means a human clinical trial of a Product on a sufficient number of subjects that is designed to establish that a pharmaceutical product is safe and efficacious for its intended use, and to determine warnings, precautions and adverse reactions that are associated with such pharmaceutical product in the dosage range to be prescribed, which trial is intended to support Approval of a Product, as described in 21 C.F.R. 312.21(c) for the United States, or a similar clinical study prescribed by the Regulatory Authorities in a foreign country.

  • Target Completion Date has the meaning given such term in Section 3.3(b).

  • Development Milestone Event has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.

  • Construction Completion means physical construction of a cleanup action component is complete.

  • Phase I Trial means a clinical trial of a Licensed Product in human patients conducted primarily for the purpose of determining the safety, tolerability and preliminary activity of the Licensed Product, including, without limitation, for determining the maximum tolerated dose, or optimal dose. For purposes of this Agreement, a Phase I trial shall specifically exclude a study in healthy volunteers.

  • Project Completion means completion of the Redevelopment in accordance with this Agreement to the state where the whole of the Morley Shopping Centre, as so redeveloped, is capable of occupation for its intended purpose;
