Trial Run definition

Trial Run means the successful Trial run of the completed and commissioned project as a whole or in parts as the case may be for the stipulated period
Trial Run means a period of one months after commissioning of the facility with necessary indicators as specified in the NIT or as required for the successful operations of the facility including raw materials, consumables etc. The cost towards trial run for the period of one months of the processing facility shall be borne by the contractor.
Trial Run indicates the system or equipments of the Wind Turbine Generator System running at the stage of commissioning and trial run of wind farm.

Examples of Trial Run in a sentence

  • In the event of unfavorable weather on the date specified for the Trial Run, the same shall take place on the first available day thereafter that the weather conditions permit.

  • The BUYER's representatives and/or the Supervisor shall be on board the VESSEL to witness such Trial Run, and to check upon the performance of the VESSEL during the same.

  • The duration of the Trial Run and testing period is 90 days which is included within the scheduled time for completion.

  • In the event that the Trial Run is postponed because of unfavorable weather conditions, such delay shall be regarded as a permissible delay, as specified in Article VIII hereof.

  • The BUYER’s representatives and/or the Supervisor shall be on board the VESSEL to witness such Trial Run, and to check upon the performance of the VESSEL during the same.


More Definitions of Trial Run

Trial Run means the trial run made by Participant with the Samples provided by Sulapac.
Trial Run means the period commencing from the completion of Preliminary Acceptance Test of Contracted Equipment in accordance with the procedures and standards set forth in Appendix 6 with continuous operation and no Curial Communications Failure of the Contracted Equipment thereafter. Any additional trial service, including trials for the wedding party and/or attendants or non-bridal events, are available at the rate of Seventy-Five ($75.00) dollars for each individual trial. Further, each trial is limited to one (1) hour per service. This is a separate fee and is due when trial service is rendered.
