Substitution Certificate definition

Substitution Certificate means a certificate substantially in the form of Schedule 5 (or in such other form as the Agent shall approve or require);
Substitution Certificate means a certificate substantially in the terms of schedule 5;
Substitution Certificate means a document substantially in the form set out in Schedule 4.
