Subsidiary Agreements definition

Subsidiary Agreements means said agreements collectively.
Subsidiary Agreements means the deeds and agreements set out in the First Schedule to this Agreement; “this Agreement” “hereof” and “hereunder” refer to this Agreement whether in its original form or as from time to time added to varied or amended; “wharf” includes any jetty structure.
Subsidiary Agreements means the agreements referred to in Section I.A of Schedule 2 to this Agreement pursuant to which the Recipient shall make part of the proceeds of the Financing available to the Project Implementing Entities.

Subsidiary Agreements means the Subsidiary Guaranties.
