Collateral Acquisition Agreements means the agreement or agreements entered into by the Issuer in relation to the purchase by the Issuer of Bank Loans, Senior Unsecured Loans, Mezzanine Loans, High-Yield Debt Securities and Synthetic Securities and the assignment, participation or sub- participation, as the case may be, of Bank Loans and Mezzanine Loans on or prior to the Issue Date, together with any other agreements entered into by or on behalf of the Issuer from time to time for the acquisition of Collateral Debt Securities thereafter.
