Joinder Agreements definition

Joinder Agreements means for each Subsidiary, a completed and executed Joinder Agreement in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit G.

More Definitions of Joinder Agreements

Joinder Agreements means each Joinder Agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit J attached hereto or such other form as is reasonably acceptable to Administrative Agent and each Joinder Agreement to be entered into pursuant to the Security Agreement.
